1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dbjl website accessible at https://dbjl.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and associated features.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses Platform content.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on dbjl.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or tournament prizes awarded to a Player's account under a dbjl promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method and credited to the Player's account for wagering purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures dbjl applies to all registered accounts.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative timezone for all dbjl platform timestamps, promotion schedules, and settlement times.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dbjl Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the dbjl Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and dbjl.

If you are acting on behalf of any other person or entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions. dbjl accepts no liability arising from any failure of authority on your part.

dbjl reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated each time material changes are made.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the dbjl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dbjl enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of or funding the account of any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
• You are not a current or former employee of dbjl, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless you have obtained explicit written consent from dbjl's compliance department.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on the dbjl Platform or any affiliated platform.

dbjl employs age and identity verification procedures at the time of registration and may conduct additional KYC checks at any time. Players may be required to submit a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence together with proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of account functionality, including withdrawals, until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on dbjl. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, dbjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any balances determined to have been obtained through multi-account activity.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and primary payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. dbjl reserves the right to void bets and suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dbjl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dbjl will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dbjl immediately at [email protected]. dbjl accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your dbjl account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dbjl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may change from time to time; refer to the cashier section of your dbjl account for the current list of active options.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. dbjl reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within one business day. During periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. dbjl does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits and withdrawals on dbjl are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to maintain a consistent audit trail. dbjl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual transaction patterns are detected. Failure to provide such documentation may result in transaction delays or account suspension.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on dbjl are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dbjl does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any payment made in a foreign currency will be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate, and dbjl accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dbjl are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by dbjl carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within this window will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dbjl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or participating in coordinated group strategies to exploit promotional offers. Decisions made by dbjl in relation to bonus abuse are final.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on dbjl are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sport. These rules are published within each game and sport section of the Platform. In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction during a game or betting event, dbjl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. dbjl's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game result is final and binding.

dbjl reserves the right to set individual bet limits at the account level, at the game level, or at the event level. These limits may be applied without prior notice and are not subject to appeal. For sports betting markets, dbjl reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time, including after a bet has been placed, where integrity concerns or data feed errors are identified.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbjl Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC processes.
• Registering or operating more than one account on dbjl.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with events available for betting on dbjl.
• Using dbjl for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first contacting dbjl support to resolve the disputed transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dbjl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of dbjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the dbjl Platform without prior written permission from dbjl. Any unauthorised use of dbjl's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

dbjl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and dbjl. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by dbjl, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. dbjl's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dbjl provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform; dbjl will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where reasonably practicable.

12. Suspension & Termination

dbjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity fraud, or AML concerns. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Players may appeal an account suspension decision by contacting [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receiving notification of the suspension. dbjl will review the appeal and provide a written response within 10 business days. The outcome of the appeal process is final.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dbjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dbjl will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to registered Players' contact details on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which dbjl operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through dbjl's customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
